Adam’s career in direct marketing has evolved over the past 20 years having worked in both agencies and for clients in Australia and New Zealand.
Adam is a disciplined, energised and outcome based direct marketer with a proven track record of working across varied multi-channel direct marketing initiatives in business-to-business and consumer markets across financial services, energy, tourism, manufacturing, education, IT and retail.
He is a passionate one-one marketer who has written 2 books. His first on direct marketing – “The Power of 3 – More quality customers, More often, spending More” which is packed full of multi-channel direct marketing insights and creative wisdom. His second book is about loyalty programs – “Give Back to Get Back – 9 Steps to a Profitable Loyalty Program” which is a must read for any business ready to consider a loyalty program and is also a great refresher for those who already have a loyalty program.
For the past 4 years, Adam has been the Melbourne Tutor for the Australian Direct Marketing Association’s certificate in Multi-Channel Direct Marketing.
