  2. Develop the Optimal Product / Service: Design an irresistible Offer (Price, Convenience and Uniqueness) for your customers and the most cost effective way of delivering it.
  3. Develop you Brand Strategy: Maximize the Positive Perceptions your prospects have about your product or service through effective (creative) communication of your Brand Positioning and Personality.
